All schools strive to create an educational environment for students to become the most successful versions of themselves. However, this ambitious goal can lead to overworked and overstressed students. Students need an outlet to express themselves and relieve their stress in order to be successful. A study conducted in 2016 examined the effects making art has on the stress-related hormones in your body. The study led by assistant professor of creative arts therapies at Drexel University, Girija Kaimal, found a significant loss of stress in the body after 45 minutes of creative activity.  Suzuki's Art Club gives students this much-needed space to relax and reset their minds.
